Alex Cawsey is a fourth year coach who is in his 2nd season with Code Academy & first as a head coach for our Junior National Program. After playing for Pickering High School for four years, he finished his undergraduate degree at Brock University in Sport Management while also attending Creighton University for a year. He began his coaching career with the Rep & AAU program Durham City United where he's been the head coach for 3 seasons for the Class of 2025 Team. Alex started at Code Academy as the lead assistant coach for the National team during the 2022/2023 season and has become one of the best young coaches in Ontario. Alex is well regarded for his energetic & passionate coaching style.
