Amare Lincoln, a 6’8” small forward from C.O.D.E. Academy, has emerged as one of Canada’s most promising basketball talents. His exceptional performance earned him a First Team All-Star selection in the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA) Trillium East Division. Additionally, Amare showcased his skills in the Hardwood Classix All-Star Sunday event held on March 30, 2025, at Jarvis Collegiate Institute in Toronto. Despite facing early career rejections from coaches and teams, Amare used these challenges as motivation to refine his skills and prove his capabilities on the court. This determination has not only fueled his personal growth but has also contributed significantly to his team’s successes, such as leading a shorthanded C.O.D.E. Academy to a notable victory over High 5 Academy. Amare’s journey exemplifies how perseverance in the face of adversity can drive an athlete to achieve excellence
Hi, my name is Dellon Laflamme. This is my second year attending C.O.D.E. Academy for basketball. I believe I have improved significantly since my first season, thanks to the high-level basketball training provided during both the off-season and regular season.
C.O.D.E. Academy has not only helped me develop my skills on the court but has also taught me how to be a great teammate and leader both on and off the court. In my second year, I was honored to be selected as an OSBA All-Star, an achievement I attribute to the exceptional training and support I received at C.O.D.E. Academy.
Hi, my name is Aliayah Baptiste. I started the C.O.D.E. season with a tough beginning, facing many challenges head-on, but I never gave up.
Through hard work, dedication, and countless hours of practice, I was able to push through and achieve MVP and Defensive Player honors. I am incredibly proud to have earned a spot in the OSBA All-Stars game.
Every step of this journey has been a learning experience and a powerful reminder that perseverance always pays off. I am deeply grateful for my growth, my teammates, and the incredible journey so far!
My name is Xavier Snagg. I am a 6’6 Guard from Ajax, Ontario, who attended Code Academy this past season.
Throughout my time at Code, I averaged 17.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.5 steals per game, helping me earn OSBA All-Star honours.
Being one of the older players at Code pushed me to become a better leader on and off the court. While having a fun and exciting time on the court, I was also able to excel off the court by maintaining a 3.5 GPA.
Coming to Code this year has helped my game grow tremendously. My confidence grew, and it showed in my performance, as I had coaches who believed in me and pushed me to be great. Before coming to Code,
I was blessed in the summertime to be a part of Canada Basketball’s national team training camp.
Going through that experience, as well as other notable achievements, I’ve been able to be an example to the other guys in the program and help spread the knowledge and experience I have.
